Successful business story of Nautical Center Prgin (NCP) begins in 1995 with NCP Charter, which today has the most valuable charter fleet in the Adriatic Sea and the exclusive sale agent for Grand Soleil yachts. After obtaining the concession for the Repair Shipyard Sibenik in 2004, NCP expanded activity of that navy shipyard to the maintenance, repair and service of luxury yachts up to 75 meters in length.

One year later, parallel with the shipyard, Mandalina Marina was developed, which today is the first Croatian mega yachts marina. At that same period NCP became a licensed dealer and manufacturer for marine equipment and high quality pontoons Marinetek. In 2008, on marina's ground NCP organized the first edition of international boat show in - Adriatic Boat Show which after its first edition took place among the important nautical events in the region.
